Characteristics:
The Foaming Cleaner S is an all-purpose, versatile acid cleaner that can be used for manual cleaning by immersion or foaming.
The optimum combination of powerful surfactants and emulsifiers allows removing even the most difficult pollutions, such as hardened crusts, deposits, and proteins. The contained inhibitor reduces wear effects on aluminium.
The Foaming Cleaning S is also very good at cleaning ham moulds. It eliminates deposit layers in cauldrons. It is ahead of crusts deposited from proteins or blood, rust, and pollutions in general.
Application:
The usage concentration for the Foaming Cleaner S depends on the level of pollution, but in general is 5 – 10%.
After leaving on for 20 to 30 minutes rinse with water jet. When cleaning ham moulds, a maximum concentration of 3% is recommended.
Material compatibility:
The Foaming Cleaner S can be used on any stainless steel system without hesitation. Use on aluminium or galvanised steel will result in wear of the material.
